Taiwan’s Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is urging individuals to get vaccinated against monkeypox at one of 155 domestic medical institutions, following the emergence of a domestic monkeypox fatality case in the northern region. The man, who was HIV positive, fell ill on Nov. 1 and succumbed approximately 50 days after hospitalization.
