電動車大廠特斯拉（Tesla）最近與一起備受矚目的案件達成和解，這場訴訟原預計8日開始審理，針對特斯拉公司與其備受爭議的自動輔助駕駛系統（Autopilot）。外媒報導指出，公司與遺屬和解條款並未公開，這是一起由台裔前蘋果（Apple）黃姓工程師家人提出的死亡賠償。該工程師生前因為開啟特斯拉Model X的自動輔助駕駛功能，卻在高速公路上以破百時速發生車禍身亡，也讓特斯拉自豪的半自駕系統安全性，再次引起公眾質疑。不過，無論是特斯拉總部或工程師家屬，第一時間都沒有做出任何回應。
