美國連鎖速食龍頭麥當勞（McDonald’s）近日在歐盟踢到鐵板，該品牌著名的商標之一「大麥克」（Big Mac），遭到來自愛爾蘭的對手餐廳挑戰，最終在曠日費時的官司中敗訴。麥當勞被歐洲第二最高法院裁定，由於他們無法「證明」過去5年時間，在歐盟地區以「大麥克」商標，銷售或宣傳雞肉三明治與相關業務，因此法院裁定麥當勞敗訴、允許其他企業使用該商標；而不甘心敗訴的麥當勞，也隨即提出上訴。

蘋果上週發表了新一代iPad Pro，罕見搶先Mac電腦配置最新M4晶片，希望賦予iPad強大性能，使其有能力成為傳統筆電的替代品，然而仍有用戶不習慣iPad，使用上仍偏好傳統筆電；對此，外媒也透露蘋果的升級計畫，預計今年就會陸續見到搭載M4晶片的Mac電腦。

蘋果日前突襲線上發表全新M3版MacBook Air，隨後就調整了Mac舊換新的價格，近日官方則是針對iPhone舊機回收價格進行調整，是今年第2次調整iPhone舊換新的換購價格，其中iPhone 13 Pro Max的價格大跳水，一口氣被調降3000元。

消息指出，蘋果公司（Apple）本周將發布新產品，具體內容不得而知，很可能是新iPad、Mac或配件產品。《彭博社》科技記者葛曼（Mark Gurman）則認為，蘋果不打算舉辦傳統發布會來推出這些產品，而是計劃在「網站上」透過「一系列線上影片和行銷活動」推出，時間點是3月或4月。
