基隆東岸商場的產權問題，尚未平息！NET公司再度買下各報廣告，刊登要求市長謝國樑道歉，今天(17)下午也再開記者會，將所有控訴指出。而謝國樑則是在公開行程上回應，已經有釋出善意聯繫對方，希望能坐下來好好談談。

基隆東岸商場產權爭議不斷，雖然基隆市長謝國樑15日出席市府新春團拜時曾表示，市府將主動釋出善意，洽談雙方是否有合作空間。但今（17）日經營者NET在報紙上刊登廣告，點名謝國樑應為他的「強盜行為」道歉，再次引發熱議。

日前基隆東岸廣場因產權移轉爆發爭議，民進黨台北市議員許淑華質疑基隆市長謝國樑封鎖市民發聲，這幾天只要在臉書詢問謝國樑，說明東岸廣場爆發爭議一事，全都被市長封鎖加刪除。而謝國樑則於今早回應表示，因最近有企業透過機器人帳號對臉書不斷進行攻擊，所以暫時將臉書留言功能關閉，感謝各界關心。

基隆市東岸廣場自昨（1）日由微風集團接手，不過原負責營運商場的主富公司NET卻痛批市府招商作業涉及違法，指出2至4樓建物是由NET耗費近3億元規劃興建，但市府卻像強盜搶走並移轉給別家公司。今日NET代表律師前往基隆地檢署提告，指出市府昨日凌晨率領10幾名員警及多名黑衣人，以機具切開NET在東岸廣場經營的商場門鎖並強行進入，控告市長謝國樑、市府交通處長、科長、警一分局長毀損、侵入他人建物、強制罪及強盜罪。

A green sea turtle, previously afflicted with tumors, was released back into the wild in Taitung’s Shanyuan Bay.
