知名日商咖啡ucc公司，認為台灣腳踏車零件的彬富公司(UNIVERSAL CYCLE)也以「UCC」為名註冊商標，容易造成消費者混淆，跨海打官司提告侵權，最高行政法院認定，雖然兩家公司的商標字母相同，但大小寫不同，商品型態也不一樣，一家賣咖啡，另一家賣腳踏車商品，銷售管道也不重疊，更何況彬富是自行車界的知名品牌，不可能損害對日本ucc咖啡商譽，判日商ucc敗訴定讞。
