Taiwan Premier Chen Chien-jen visited Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf in Chiayi County to inspect the completion of the water environmental enhancement project. Chen further criticized the city government for seemingly indifferent to implementing punitive measures against these infringements, as scalped ticket sales continue to occur for the Dome’s test match.
