近期網路上充滿民眾分享自己使用AI制定的「減肥計畫」,其中一名瑞士網美克里斯蒂娜(Cristina Gheiceanu)就在TikTok上傳自己的驚人成效,她使用ChatGPT制定減重計畫,並每天傳飲食訊息給ChatGPT,成功在1個月內減重7公斤。克里斯蒂娜表示自己5個月來透過AI成功變瘦,並且過程非常健康。
克里斯蒂娜在TikTok上擁有36.8萬名粉絲,近期她上傳影片分享自己透過ChatGPT的減重過程。她透露每天只需要「向ChatGPT發送訊息,告訴它吃了什麼、那天想吃多少卡路里,它就能夠完成所有工作」。克里斯蒂娜指出自己用這樣的方式,短短1個月就甩掉7公斤。

It knew how many cal or protein is in that yoghurt or breadI kept using the same chat, so it became faster and easier every day. The best part? I asked for everything in a table — so I could clearly see my calories, protein, and fiber at a glance. And if I was missing something, I’d just send a photo of my fridge and get suggestions. It made tracking simple, intuitive, and actually enjoyable. Now, I eat intuitively. So, I don’t use it so often, but in calorie deficit and first month of maintenance it made all the difference
