台商氣炸！爆菲律賓不認台疫苗證明 外交部：嚴正交涉
外交部日前表示，只要民眾持有我國認可的「國際疫苗接種證明」，入境菲律賓就可免隔離，但有台商爆料，菲律賓並不承認我國的國際預防接種證明書（International Certificate of Vaccination，簡稱ICV、黃皮書），因此入境仍需自費預訂6天5夜防疫旅館進行隔離檢疫，國民黨立委江啟臣痛批外交部誤導國人、狀況外。對此，外交部今（22）日表示，已向菲國政府嚴正說明，促請菲方儘速修訂入境相關檢疫規範，而菲國方面也回應，目前正規劃採認我國數位疫苗證明，更建議台菲互相承認數位疫苗接種證明。2022/02/22 13:23
