CHANGHUA (TVBS News) — The tragic news of the Changhua food factory fire has sent shockwaves throughout Taiwan and the friends and members of the foreign community from Southeast Asia.
Seven workers, including three Filipino migrants, died in a blaze on Tuesday (April 25). The fire had trapped 22 workers in the factory, and the media reported that the three Filipino employees were among the fifteen people who hid in the refrigerator.
