KEELUNG (TVBS News) — The Keelung mayor announced on Tuesday (Jan. 14) plans to offer prime conditions for Nvidia to establish a presence on 4 hectares of land on the west coast of Keelung Port (基隆港). Hsieh, who studied technology management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), shared his vision for AI development in Keelung. He stated his views on the changes in the technology industry and asserted that Keelung will not miss out on AI industry opportunities.
Huang Yu-mei (黃玉梅), business director of the Port of Keelung, Taiwan International Ports Corporation's (基隆港務分公司), further reiterated that the aforesaid land remains open for investment discussions.
