TAIPEI (TVBS News) — In-N-Out Burger, the renowned U.S. hamburger chain, made a triumphant return to Taipei on Tuesday (June 13) after a five-year hiatus, attracting an enthusiastic crowd of nearly 1,000 people eager to indulge in their iconic hamburgers.
The allure of the pop-up store event was so strong that the first person in line wasted no time requesting a day off from work upon learning about it. Hailing from Yonghe District in New Taipei City, she embarked on her journey at 5 a.m., arriving at the venue before 6 a.m.
The dedication of the early birds was evident as, by 9 a.m., the line had snaked around the entire block, showcasing the anticipation for a taste of the famous burgers. Numerous attendees expressed their longing for the delicious hamburgers to reporters, highlighting their culinary connection.
To meet the overwhelming demand, the establishment prepared approximately 600 hamburgers, available for sale only between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu featured three beloved options: Double Double, Protein Style, and Animal Style, ensuring a diverse array of choices for delighted customers.
