CHANGHUA (TVBS News) — Amid an egg shortage, Minjing Elementary School in central Taiwan has unexpectedly benefited from its Food and Agriculture Education program.
Several chickens, provided by parents to the school's educational program, are roaming freely on the grounds and laying eggs for the students to discover.
The school principal, Chou Chin-mu, stated that the school initially received seven chickens, but the number decreased to three due to the presence of stray dogs and cats in the area.
