NEW TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The most beautiful neighborhood chief candidate won her election bid in the local elections on Saturday (Nov. 26).
Chen Tzu-yu's campaign was closely watched by her 140K followers on social media.
The 23-year-old, who graduated from college last year, defeated the current Yung Fu neighborhood chief in New Taipei City by 67 votes.
