TPP presidential candidate Ko Wen-je shared a photo on his Facebook page on Saturday (Nov. 4), showing him enjoying a Taiwan Railways boxed lunch during a ride on the Puyuma Express from Taitung to Fangliao. His caption conveyed a sense of relaxation and contentment.
In contrast, a few days ago, on Thursday, KMT presidential candidate Hou Yu-ih caught considerable attention when he declared, "the train will not wait for those who are late," urging Ko to make a prompt decision regarding their collaboration. Responding to Hou's comment, KMT chairman Eric Chu attempted to defuse the situation by stating, "the train has not even arrived at the station yet," suggesting that there's more to unfold in this political journey.
