TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Wang Hung-wei recieved 52.26% of the total votes in the Taipei by-election on Sunday, while Enoch Wu received 47.27%.
Wu spent the day thanking voters for their support.
When asked whether he would be running for office once again, Wu did not give a clear answer.
According to analysts, Wu remains a strong contender for the DPP in the 2024 elections.
