Over the past decade, the average annual increase in the rent index was 1.1%. However, since July 2022, the growth has exceeded 2% and has remained at this level. DGBAS officials pointed out three main factors that contributed to the rise in rent. First, the cost of maintaining houses has increased. In recent years, the increase in residential maintenance costs has been significant, with a sharp rise of 5.8% in 2022 and increases of over 3% in 2023 and 2024.

疾管署今天公布今年第2例百日咳病例，中部3個月大的女嬰確診COVID-19後又染百日咳，住院11天後，病況穩定，已於3月24日出院；國際百日咳疫情劇升，提醒落實嬰幼兒接種疫苗。

一名39歲廖女士，產後頻頻漏尿，確診COVID-19後，咳嗽導致漏尿症狀加劇，就醫檢查是尿失禁，醫師建議接受陰道雷射治療，目前漏尿問題完全改善了。
