Sangmi praised the metro system's cleanliness, orderliness, and convenient transfer options, which made it comfortable for Korean travelers. He noted that Taipei Metro's clean environment and efficient transfer system impressed Korean tourists.
South Korean social media users also compared the Taipei Metro with China's subway systems, suggesting that Seoul's metro could learn from Taipei's superior riding environment. The bilingual signs and announcements in Japanese and Korean at Taipei Metro stations have earned high praise from Korean tourists.
