TAIPEI (TVBS News) — FTV (民視新聞傳播群) Vice President Anne Hu (胡婉玲), a prominent figure in Taiwanese journalism, submitted her retirement application on Monday (Sept. 16).
The TV station confirmed earlier that day that it was processing the necessary procedures, and has yet to announce Hu's successor.
Hu spent six years in the role, during which time she produced and hosted the current affairs forum program "News Observation" (新聞觀測站) and the historical documentary series "Taiwan History" (台灣演義).
In addition to her television career, Hu is an adjunct associate professor at the Graduate Institute of Information Management of National Taipei University (NTPU, 國立臺北大學).
