She stated that the reform plan was approved by the think tank's board of directors and completed in phases in full compliance with labor laws and consultations with staff.
Crystal Yang (楊智伃) explained that the KMT think tank has initiated a significant personnel reduction, cutting two-thirds of its staff since May. According to Yang, the restructuring aims to adapt to the new political landscape and boost organizational efficiency.
