TAIPEI (TVBS News) — A surveillance video released on Sunday (Dec. 17) shows five men breaking into a Taichung bakery, known for its unique ornament designs, during the night. The footage reveals the men scaling a wall and reaching the rooftop to take photos.

The video also captures one man struggling to climb the wall, eventually assisted by two others using a traffic cone and their own bodies for support.

The bakery owner told local media about the incident: "These five men climbed over the wall at midnight, apparently to take pictures with the shop's signature ornament, an enormously sized pineapple bun."

The intrusion startled the bakery workers in the shop and frightened them. The owner expressed bewilderment at the men's actions and indicated his intention to press charges for any damages incurred.

"I don't understand what they were thinking, breaking into the bakery late at night and troubling our young female workers, who both seemed panic-stricken living upstairs," the bakery owner added.

While considering legal action, the bakery owner advised young people against engaging in illegal activities, including unauthorized photography.
