Jeremy Lin’s masseur fined over unlicensed medical procedure

TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Jeremy Lin's masseur, Luo Chun-yu, is being investigated for allegedly practicing acupuncture without proper qualifications. The Taipei City Health Bureau referred the matter to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office, which found evidence of violations of the Physicians Act. 

However, they granted Luo deferred prosecution for a year due to his clean record and cooperative attitude, with a fine of NT＄30,000. This case highlights the importance of proper qualifications in the medical field, especially when working with high-profile figures.
