TAIPEI (TVBS News) — BTS will perform three November concerts in Kaohsiung, drawing 150,000 fans to Taiwan. The K-pop sensation confirmed shows Nov. 19, 21, and 22 at Kaohsiung National Stadium (高雄世運主場館) during Tuesday's (Jan. 14) world tour announcement. The Taiwan dates are part of a 33-city tour spanning Asia, Europe, and North America through 2026.
The band's agency unveiled the comprehensive schedule Tuesday (Jan. 13), with performances beginning April 9, 11, and 12 at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. Additional shows in Japan and the Middle East are planned for 2027, although specific venues have not been announced.
Media reports indicate Kaohsiung National Stadium (世運主場館) will accommodate the massive crowds expected for all three performances. The venue has previously hosted major international acts and sporting events. Taiwan represents a key stop on BTS's first major tour since its members completed military service.
Taiwanese fans await ticket sale announcements and pricing details for the November concerts. The Kaohsiung performances mark BTS's highly anticipated return to Taiwan following previous successful tours. Concert organizers anticipate rapid sellouts, given the group's massive Asian following.
