TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Organizers announced Thursday (Aug. 28) the fourth wave of performers for the Asia Artist Awards (AAA), marking the South Korean ceremony's historic first arrival in Taiwan this December. The 10th edition event will showcase major K-pop acts including RIIZE, LE SSERAFIM, Stray Kids, and IVE at Kaohsiung's National Stadium (國家體育場) on Dec. 6-7. This milestone represents Taiwan's emergence as a premier destination for major Asian entertainment events, drawing international stars to the island's southern port city.
Popular K-pop star Jang Won-young (張員瑛) and acclaimed actor Lee Jun-ho (李俊昊) will serve as ceremony hosts for the prestigious awards show. The star-studded roster already features major South Korean entertainment figures from previous announcements, including beloved singer IU and top actors Park Bo-gum (朴寶劍), Im Yoon-ah (潤娥), Kim Yoo-jung (金裕貞), Hyeri (惠利), Lee Yi-kyung (李伊庚), Lee Jun-young (李濬榮), and Cha Joo-young (車珠英). This impressive lineup demonstrates the ceremony's ability to attract Asia's most celebrated entertainment personalities.
Organizers unveiled Wednesday (Aug. 27) the third wave of international participants, expanding the ceremony's cross-cultural appeal beyond South Korea. The diverse group features accomplished South Korean actors Lee Joon-hyuk (李浚赫), Choo Young-woo (秋泳愚), Kang You-seok (姜有皙), Moon So-ri (文素利), Park Yoon-ho (朴允浩), Uhm Ji-won (嚴志媛), and Choi Dae-hoon (崔代勳). The awards ceremony will culminate with the "ACON 2025 Music Festival" (ACON 2025音樂節) on Dec. 7 at the same National Stadium venue.
