Northern Taiwan may experience minor pollutant accumulation, with officials noting potential increases in afternoon ozone concentrations resulting from photochemical reactions. The monitoring system classifies air quality as "good" throughout central and southern regions, while northern territories and the offshore island of Matsu register at "moderate" levels.
Aviation authorities advise travelers to monitor flight schedules closely as visibility may be compromised in the offshore islands of Kinmen and Matsu. Meteorologists predict low-lying cloud formations and potential fog development during predawn and evening hours, conditions that could affect transportation services between these outlying territories and Taiwan's mainland.
