The airline approved an average year-end bonus of 12.8 months' salary per employee and a 4% salary increase plus a fixed NT$3,000, setting a new benchmark in the aviation industry.
Tigerair Taiwan, celebrating its 11th anniversary, has seen rapid profitability post-border reopening, with a strong stock performance since its listing last year. The company previously led the industry by issuing a mid-year bonus of three months' salary plus NT$20,000 in Nov. 2024. This year's year-end bonus surpasses last year's average of 10.8 months, with some employees receiving up to 17.4 months.
The airline attributed its success to the hard work and unity of its employees, which allowed it to excel in a competitive market. Tigerair Taiwan expressed that the operational performance in 2024 not only hit new highs but also significantly surpassed 2023.
