NEW TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The New Taipei Metropolitan Park (新北大都會公園) will host the highly anticipated "Pokémon GO Tour: Unova Region" event from Feb. 21 to 23. This event promises an unprecedented adventure for Pokémon trainers from around the world, transforming the park into a vibrant stage for trainers and Pokémon alike.
During the event, organizers will create Pokémon habitats in the real world and set up photo spots, limited-edition merchandise, and food stalls. Attendees can meet Pikachu and collect limited-edition Pikachu sun hats. The event also features special PokéStops planned with the Taipei Metro (台北捷運公司), New Taipei Metro (新北捷運公司), and Taoyuan Metro (桃園大眾交通捷運公司), offering unique rewards for trainers who defeat Team GO Rocket Grunts.
