TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Organizers announced today that all seats will be made available for the "TOYOTA 2024 Yomiuri Giants 90th Anniversary Taiwan Games" exhibition games, with daily attendance expected to exceed 36,000.
Hosted by the Yomiuri Giants, the two-day event is attracting the attention of baseball fans throughout Taiwan. It will also feature home-grown talent, the CTBC Brothers and the Rakuten Monkeys.
The games will take place on March 2 and 3 at Taipei Dome, marking its first-ever full stadium opening. The decision comes after persistent efforts by organizers, who finally gained approval to expand seating to full capacity.
Each of the three teams will bring their best, fielding full rosters. The Yomiuri Giants team, which will arrive on Feb. 29, is especially eager to put on a great show for the local fans.
