Chen emphasized Taiwan's rapid progress in recent years, which is expected to cultivate a skilled talent pool and workforce, essential for guiding industries towards a green energy transition. This includes enhanced research and development in water, electricity, and land resources.
Premier Chen expressed appreciation for the collaborative national efforts across multiple sectors, including labor, education, interior affairs, agriculture, science, and public construction. He encouraged participating organizations to continue refining their strategies to provide better support for domestic industries.
The National Development Council (NDC) has been actively working to streamline land acquisition for overseas businesses returning to Taiwan with investment needs.
The NDC highlighted the MOEA's investments in renewable energy infrastructure, focusing on developing solar and offshore wind power. The establishment of high-performance offshore wind ports is a key initiative, reflecting the MOEA's vision for Taiwan to transition to a sustainable society reliant on efficient wind farms.
