TAIPEI (TVBS News) — On Sunday (Oct. 15), Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an showed off two different outfits on Facebook, with a poll asking the public to choose his attire for Taipei Fashion Week 2023's grand finale in seven days.

Wearing the two outfits by designers Bob Chien and Kuan Chen, Chiang also sought the opinion of Tsai Shih-Ping, Commissioner of the Department of Culture, in his post.

"These are both styles I've never tried before, so it's hard to choose," Chiang wrote.

Mayor Chiang's sharp look surprised many internet users and drew compliments from actor Lee Lee-zen.

With stars, fans, and even the city mayor engaging in fashion discussions, the buzz around Taipei Fashion Week has added allure to the city's fashion scene.
