TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The price of eggs per Taiwan catty increased by NT$2 last week, causing eggs to disappear from store shelves nationwide.
Despite inquiries, store employees are unable to provide an estimated restocking date. However, shoppers noticed that eggs were available during a visit by a government official on Friday.
