TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Taihu Brewing (臺虎精釀), Taiwan's craft beer brand, will open its first all-day dining restaurant in Tainan's Ximen commercial district (西門商圈) on Saturday (Dec. 20). This marks the brand's debut in the area, following its August collaboration with Tainan local bar, Bar TCRC, to create another bar named GIDDY. The new venue will offer Taihu's classic menu and craft beers, introducing a fresh dining experience.
Taihu Tainan's design features large floor-to-ceiling windows, welcoming sunlight with city sounds into the space, creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant aims to blend seamlessly with the urban rhythm, emphasizing an open and breathing concept for diners.
