TAIPEI (TVBS News) — ASRock Rack Inc. (永擎電子) held a pre-listing performance conference on Monday (Oct. 20), drawing attention from major shareholders including Pegatron Corporation Chairman T.H. Tung (童子賢). The company plans to go public in late November, marking a significant milestone in its growth strategy.
ASRock Rack, a company specializing in server development and sales, reported NT$143 billion (around US$4.7 billion) in revenue for the first eight months of 2025. This figure represents a 244% annual increase, with 80% of the earnings derived from AI server-related products. Chairman Hsu Lung-lun (許隆倫) emphasized the importance of this year's listing as a crucial opportunity to retain talent and expand teams.
Despite strong H-series server sales with 322% increase, ASRock Rack experienced gross margin decline from 17.1% in 2024 to 8.2% due to AI server proportion and dollar appreciation. The company collaborates with Nvidia and AMD, planning B300 server production in fourth quarter 2026.
