TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The registration for COMPUTEX Taipei (台北國際電腦展) opened on Tuesday (Feb. 25), setting the stage for one of the most significant tech events of the year, according to the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA, 中華民國對外貿易發展協會).
COMPUTEX is scheduled for May 20, and the exhibition will spotlight three major themes: AI & Robotics, Next-Gen Tech, and Future Mobility.
TAITRA stated that the event will attract tech giants such as ASUS (華碩), Acer (宏碁), and MSI (微星), alongside nearly 1,400 other global tech leaders. These companies will occupy 4,800 booths across an 80,000-square-meter exhibition space, showcasing the industry's future. Moreover, Nvidia's (輝達) CEO Jensen Huang (黃仁勳) will attend and may reveal the location of Nvidia's new overseas headquarters during the event.
COMPUTEX 2025 will introduce new exhibition areas, including an AI Services Technology Zone and a Robotics & Drones Zone, which will focus on AI applications and solutions.
As anticipation builds, industry experts, businesses, and media from around the globe are preparing to converge in Taipei to witness and participate in this cutting-edge technological showcase.
