TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Commissioner Tsai Chi-chang (蔡其昌) announced on Tuesday (Feb. 11) that the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL, 中華職棒) plans to seek a new office and revamp its official website to enhance fan services.
Tsai emphasized that software and hardware must be improved to offer fans better services after the league achieved record-breaking ticket sales and revenue last year.
Regarding hardware, Tsai stated that larger office space is needed due to the growing demand from media interviews and business expansion.
Tsai remarked that the league also aims to revamp its website this year, offering more in-depth data services to better serve its large fan base. Additionally, to address issues from last season, he highlighted that the league would install cameras in all six team stadiums to improve replay accuracy.
