TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Premier Cho Jung-ta (卓榮泰) announced on Thursday (July 11) that the Cabinet plans to inspect major national projects, local revitalization efforts, and cultural and community care centers across the country. Cho emphasized the need to identify and resolve issues during these visits.
Cho urged Cabinet ministers to accelerate their efforts in communicating the new government's policies and directions. Cabinet spokesman Chen Shih-kai (陳世凱) conveyed Cho's gratitude to the ministers for their assistance during the legislative session and stressed the importance of providing detailed written responses to any unanswered questions from legislators.
Cho highlighted the urgency of advancing significant legislation beneficial to the nation and introduced the "Action 101" strategy (行動101), which aims to make the government's policy direction clear to the public within the first 100 days post-May 20.
The Cabinet will visit various regions to gather suggestions from the six special municipalities and address frontline issues. Cho also emphasized the importance of local governments supporting athletes during the final preparations for the Paris Olympics.
