KAOHSIUNG (TVBS News) — American pop sensation Bruno Mars will perform at the Kaohsiung National Stadium (高雄世運主場館) on Sept. 8 in a concert titled "Bruno Mars Live in Kaohsiung." All 50,000 pre-sale tickets were snapped up instantly on Thursday (June 27).
Live Nation Taiwan (理想國), the organizer, announced the ticket prices the previous day. The cheapest ticket, priced at NT$2,800, earned praise from fans for its affordability. Due to high demand, Live Nation Taiwan announced an additional concert on Sept. 7, with tickets going on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
Ticket prices for the Kaohsiung concert were revealed, with standing area tickets priced at NT$4,800 and NT$3,800. Regular seating tickets range from NT$5,800 to NT$2,800. VIP tickets, both for the standing area and seating, are priced at NT$8,000 and NT$9,000, respectively.
Bruno Mars, known globally for his hit "Just The Way You Are," last performed in Taiwan in 2018 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (南港展覽館). Those tickets were also sold out instantly. After six years, fans eagerly anticipate the return of Bruno Mars. His performance at the Kaohsiung National Stadium will be the first stop of his Asian tour, promising a soulful rock and roll experience.
