TAIPEI (TVBS News) — TVBS demonstrated its commitment to digital transformation by securing exclusive broadcasting rights to NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's (黃仁勳) keynote speech at the NTU Sports Center on June 2.
This event showcased the network's robust digital strategy, marking a significant milestone in its technological evolution. According to TVBS General Manager Sheena Liu (劉文硯), the network is intensifying its investment in digital resources, adopting a diversified strategy for business transition in collaboration with leading tech firms like NVIDIA.
Liu emphasized the potential of AI to revolutionize various industries and expressed enthusiasm for exploring new opportunities at the intersection of technology and media.
The keynote, part of COMPUTEX 2024 held in Taipei from June 4 to June 7 under the theme "Connecting AI," took place at 7 p.m. on June 2. Huang discussed the transformative impact of AI on sectors such as climate technology, manufacturing, robotics, and healthcare.
His address was broadcast on TVBS Channel 56 and TVBS Asia and also live-streamed on the TVBS NEWS and TVBS World Taiwan YouTube channels, giving global audiences a glimpse into the future shaped by AI.
