TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) announced the commencement of the "MRT Breakfast Lifestyle Festival" (2023捷運早餐生活節) on Friday (Sept. 1). Running from Sept. 1 to Sept. 28, 50 stations will have breakfast stalls set up to cater to the morning commute.
During the festival, 24 vendors will set up stands during peak hours inside MRT stations.
Notable participating vendors include Louisa Coffee, MOS Burger, Good Morning Breakfast (早安美之城), Food Life Breakfast (福來早餐), and Zhen Fang Breakfast (真芳碳烤吐司).
For the convenience of commuters, the Taipei MRT is collaborating with a booking system for the first time. Commuters can place an order two days prior to pick-up.
