TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Many Taiwanese food and beverage (F&B) companies have put their latest products on display at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, U.S.
The two-day event held on Jan. 5 and Jan. 6 attracted crowds to various booths, especially those centered on innovative food production.
One such Taiwanese company shared its innovative way to create tastier and juicier plant-based meat. According to participants, the meat tastes nearly identical to the real thing.
The company revealed that the secret lies in utilizing plant fat to create better textures.
Another popular booth saw a Taiwanese businessman illustrating its easy-to-use instant meal machine.
Users can order what they want to eat from the screen and select their payment methods. Within 90 seconds, a bowl of beef noodle soup will be ready to eat.
The company revealed that they are already operating in more than 100 locations in the world, adding that bubble milk tea machines will soon be introduced in the U.S.
