TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) has forecasted rain and cold for this New Year's Eve weekend in northern and eastern Taiwan.
There is even a higher chance of heavy rain in this area due to the northeast monsoon. The temperatures will range between 14 and 19 degrees Celcius in the northern region and 18 to 23 degrees Celcius in the eastern region, according to the CWB.
It is not expected to rain in central and southern Taiwan, but you might experience large temperature differences between day and night. The high temperatures will range between 20 and 26 degrees Celcius, and the low temperatures will range between 13 and 16 degrees Celcius.
Make sure to pay attention to the weather in each region before heading to your New Year's Eve celebrations.
