第76屆世界衛生大會再度拒絕台灣參與，外交部長吳釗燮透過推特點名嗆WHO秘書長譚德塞偽稱重視「全民均健」卻忘了台灣人民，直言嘲諷「哇，你果然很懂怎樣說好聽的場面話。」
吳釗燮昨晚透過外交部官方推特（Twitter）發表以英文縮寫JW署名的個人推文，其中轉引世界衛生組織（WHO）秘書長譚德塞（Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus）的一則推文並加以嘲諷。
