TAIPEI (TVBS News) — NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced on Monday (Dec. 11) an expanded collaboration with leading Vietnamese tech firms to support talent development in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital infrastructure in Vietnam.
During a meeting with Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Huang expressed interest in establishing a base in Vietnam. NVIDIA has already invested around US$250 million in Vietnam, as confirmed by an official report from the Vietnamese government.
Huang emphasized the potential for a deeper relationship, citing the country's extensive customer base and existing partnership with NVIDIA. He identified key partners for enhanced cooperation, including Viettel Telecom, FPT Software, Vingroup, and VNG Corporation.
