Scanning the QR code takes users directly to the website of the National Animal Shelter Management System (全國動物收容管理系統), a platform listing various cats and dogs awaiting adoption. Users can select the closest shelter and their preferred breed based on their location and needs, making it a streamlined process for potential pet owners.
