Hsiao Bi-khim to rally again in Hualien (TVBS News)
TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Hsiao Bi-khim is poised to reignite her political efforts in Hualien as she prepares for her first campaign rally there on Sunday (Nov. 26).
Known for her deep roots and devotion to the region, Hsiao's political journey in Hualien has been one of both triumph and defeat.
