檢廉去年8月30日搜索柯辦時，在垃圾桶翻出遭撕毀16張的便條紙，經還原、鑑定，其中一張是前民眾黨主席柯文哲寫下「晶華→Orange出國」，台北地檢署指控是柯文哲教唆「橘子」許芷瑜出國。柯文哲今（7）日在台北地院接受公訴主任檢察官交互詰問時，檢方再次跟柯確認這張便條紙的意義。柯說，他寫的時候想著橘子已經出國了「真爽」。

前民眾黨主席柯文哲涉貪遭羈押禁見，《鏡周刊》今日爆出，檢廉搜索柯文哲辦公室時，在垃圾桶發現被撕毀的便條紙，將16張碎片拼湊還原，可見內容提及「Orange出國」、「木可內帳」、「高雄國賓飯店容積率1140%」，成串供滅證的鐵證。對此，民眾黨立法院黨團主任陳智菡怒嗆，「是把垃圾桶當做哆啦A夢任意門嗎？」，並批《鏡週刊》與檢調活在平行時空，靠想像力入人於罪。

去年8月30日檢廉搜索位在台玻大樓的柯文哲主席辦公室時，在垃圾桶翻出一張被撕毀的便條紙筆記，經拼湊還原及筆跡鑑定，確認是柯親筆寫下「1.木可內帳有無洩露？帳本？自我檢查」「2.晶華→Orange出國」「3.太高調，李文宗」「4.陳其邁高雄國賓飯店1140%」，背面則寫著「金主」。

民眾黨前主席柯文哲涉京華城貪汙及侵占政治獻金弊案，台北地院訂3月20日首度提訊柯文哲進行凖備程序，並在6月5日前密集排訂33次庭期，傳喚11位被告出庭，力拚在15個月羈押期限屆滿前審結。本刊取得被柯文哲撕碎成16片的手諭紙條還原圖檔，這張從活頁筆記本撕下的便箋，除寫著「Orange出國」外，還提及木可內帳及高雄國賓飯店容積率1140%，成了柯文哲串供滅證教戰守則的鐵證之一，也與民眾黨先前助柯洗白的策略如出一轍。

柯文哲遭到四大罪起訴，其中起訴書中的關鍵證據，就是柯文哲辦公室中被撕碎的便條紙，上面寫著晶華箭頭orange出國，隨後身為帳房的橘子許芷瑜，在8月29日就出國至今沒有回台遭到通緝，檢方懷疑就是柯文哲指使，而這恐怕也成了續押關鍵之一。
