TAIPEI (TVBS News) — SEVENTEEN's (세븐틴) pop-up store, "SEVENTEEN GLOBAL POP-UP in TAIPEI," opened at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park (松菸文創園區) on Thursday (Jan. 15), drawing a large crowd eager to purchase official merchandise. Fans, known as CARAT, flocked to the event to celebrate their favorite K-pop group and explore the unique concept centered around the theme of "rings," symbolizing the bond between the group and its fans.
The pop-up store, adorned in SEVENTEEN's official color "Serenity" with "Rose Quartz" accents, offers an immersive experience. Fans can enjoy interactive features, such as a photo zone with ceiling installations and a mirrored space for exclusive photo opportunities. Additionally, an idol wall displays photos of the members, excluding the four who are currently serving in the military, creating a lively atmosphere where fans even participate in dance challenges.
The store also features a media area showcasing SEVENTEEN's music videos, enhancing the auditory and visual experience for fans. Official merchandise, including light sticks, fans, cardholders, mini ID holders, acrylic stands, and keychains, is available for fans to purchase and cherish. The pop-up will remain open until Feb. 8, with entry managed through an online reservation system allowing two slots per account for a 50-minute visit.
Fans can look forward to more from SEVENTEEN, as subunit DxS, featuring members DK (이석민, 李碩珉) and Seung Kwan (부승관, 夫勝寛), recently debuted with the captivating song "Blue." Meanwhile, tickets for another subunit, CxM, will soon be available for their concerts on April 25 and 26 at the Kaohsiung Arena (高雄巨蛋). Members can purchase tickets on Jan. 31, with general sales starting on Feb. 1, promising an energetic experience for Carats.
