TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Super Junior drew 90,000 fans to Taipei Dome (台北大巨蛋) during their three-day 20th anniversary concert tour from Friday to Sunday (Nov. 15-16), with fans orchestrating an emotional drone tribute on the final night. The South Korean pop group delivered performances celebrating two decades of music for their devoted followers.
The tribute unfolded during Sunday's performance, using 60 drones to form SJ05, SJ25, the SJ logo, and E.L.F. heart shapes. The display moved group member Eunhyuk to tears during the emotional moment. Members performed classic hits while wearing animal pajamas, with Heechul appearing in a peacock costume and greeting fans in Taiwanese and Mandarin.
Super Junior celebrated at a Korean barbecue restaurant on Nanjing East Road (南京東路) in Taipei's Zhongshan District (中山區) after the concert. The venue, popular among Korean celebrities, was fully booked by the group. South Korean actor Lee Jong-suk, who held a fan meeting the same day, jokingly revealed he couldn't dine there because Super Junior had reserved the entire restaurant.◼
