TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The Formosa Dreamers (福爾摩沙夢想家) announced on Monday (Nov. 10) that popular Japanese idol Mikami Yua (三上悠亞) has officially joined their cheerleading team, Formosa Sexy. Mikami plans to perform at the Dreamers' next six home games, a move likely to draw significant attention from fans and boost game attendance.
Last year, Mikami made her debut as a "one-day cheerleader" at a Dreamers' home game, where the event generated NT$2.15 million in ticket sales and NT$1.5 million in merchandise revenue.
