TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The 60th Golden Bell Awards (金鐘獎), Taiwan's premier television awards ceremony, will take place Thursday and Friday (Oct. 17-18) at Taipei Music Center (TMC, 台北流行音樂中心). Television personalities Kevin Tsai (蔡康永) and Dee Hsu (小S) will reunite during the program, generating significant public interest.

Tsai expressed gratitude to organizers for arranging the reunion after the long hiatus of their popular variety show "Kangsi Coming" (康熙來了). The appearance marks Hsu's first formal public event since the passing of her sister, popular actress Barbie Hsu (大S). Tsai stated no current plans exist to revive Kangsi Coming, though both hosts remain open to collaboration if viewers demonstrate interest.

Andy Tai (邰智源) and Amber An (安心亞) will share hosting duties, with An nominated for the Variety Show Host Award. Veteran hosts Matilda Tao (陶晶瑩) and Bright Pu (卜學亮) return as co-hosts, symbolizing a generational transition in Taiwan's entertainment industry. Renowned journalist Shen Chun-hua (沈春華) will appear, holding the Golden Bell Awards record with 13 individual wins. ◼
