TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Japanese star Tomohisa Yamashita (山下智久) will perform his first Taiwan solo show in 5,293 days at Legacy TERA on Nov. 15. The "Tomohisa Yamashita 2025 Taipei Talk & Minilive" promises fans conversation and music after nearly 15 years. This marks his first personal engagement in Taiwan since his last solo performance.
The event features two sessions with tickets launching 11 a.m. Oct. 18 through KKTIX ticketing platform. Prices range from NT$4,880 (around US$161) for Area A to NT$2,190 (around US$72) for disabled seating. Area B costs NT$4,180 (around US$138) while Area C tickets are priced at NT$3,580 (around US$118).
Yamashita expressed excitement about returning to Taiwan's stage after years of absence. "Finally, I can express my gratitude and deepest feelings directly to everyone on stage," he said. The versatile performer recently stated his commitment to theater and music: "I have always been involved in theater and music-related activities, so I intend to continue pursuing this path and delve deeper into it."
Yamashita last performed solo in Taiwan 14 years ago during three consecutive days at National Taiwan University Sports Center. He visited Taiwan in 2023 to promote film "SEE HEAR LOVE" (看不見聽不見也愛你) but without solo performances.
